    David N. Vozza

    With more than twelve years of experience, David N. Vozza, Partner, devotes his practice to the areas of Healthcare and Litigation. Mr. Vozza’s practice focuses on defending health care professionals in connection with disciplinary and regulatory actions before various federal and state agencies, private and government payor audits, fraud investigations (both civil and criminal), hospital and privileges disputes, and general healthcare litigation in both the Federal and State courts. Mr. Vozza regularly defends health care professionals before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and Office of Professional Discipline. He also frequently lectures at hospitals throughout New York State regarding medical fraud, regulatory agencies, professional licensure and medical documentation.
    Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vozza was in private practice. Mr. Vozza is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the United States District Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts, and is a member of the Health Law section of the New York State Bar Association.
